If your not sure what an IVR is, any time you call a business and get greeted with a "press 1 for sales" etc, you are talking to an IVR system.


Normally only available to internal phone systems or at a high monthly fee to subscription services, as part our partnerships, Ostrich has managed to bring this technology to our clients at no cost.
