Each business is different and Ostrich IT offers a pay as you go (AD-HOC) IT support scheme. This may be more beneficial to business that have a technical employee on site who require IT support when a challenging task occurs.

We can offer on-site or full remote support services as and when your business needs require them.

Our current PAYG pricing plans are: 

Working Hours

On-site Support   £95 p/h  (Mon-Fri 09:00 - 18:00)
On-site Half Day  £400  (5hours)
On-site Full Day  £650  (8hours)

Out of Hours

On-site Support   £135 p/h
On-site Half Day  £500  (4hours)
On-site Full Day  £850  (8hours)

All prices excludes V.A.T.
